Membership dues directly fund HICD USA's programs, events, and advocacy work. Every membership contributes to cultural diplomacy initiatives, educational programming, and the maintenance of our distinguished network.
Can I upgrade my membership tier?
Yes. Members can upgrade at any time by contacting HICD USA's membership office. The upgrade takes effect immediately upon receipt of the difference in dues.
Is my membership fee tax-deductible?
HICD USA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Membership dues may be partially tax-deductible to the extent they exceed the fair market value of benefits received. Please consult your tax advisor.
Are there membership options for students?
Yes. HICD USA offers a Student membership at just $25/year for currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students. It includes newsletter access, event invitations, and opportunities for academic paper presentations.
What is the cancellation policy?
Memberships are non-refundable once the membership year has begun. However, members may choose not to renew at the end of their annual term without penalty.
