On April 29, 2023 a work of art, based on the ancient Antikythera Mechanism and created by young artists from Borderless Arts TN  was presented by Christina Tsardoulias Malagaris to Mr. Vasilis Panourakis, Regional Vice Governor of Samos, Greece for display in his office. 

The presentation was the culmination of a cultural collaboration between HICD-USA,  Borderless Arts TN (providing arts access for persons with disabilities) led by President Lori Kissinger with Artistic Director Dee Kimbrelito, and the Samos School of Dance under direction of Ms Malagaris who coordinated the presentation event. 

Upon completion of the art piece in Tennessee, HICD-USA arranged both shipment of the work of art and creation of two explanatory text panels created by Dr Xenophon Moussas (in Greek and English) to be displayed with the art piece.
